Angela is a graduate of Rowan-Cabarrus College with a degree in Criminal Justice Technology and a focus on Psychology. After years of working in Corrections and Security, well, let’s say... enough is enough!
Angela has always had a dream of owning her own business, and in November 2019, she decided to do just that. With only $400 investment, she went out on a limb and decided this was the right thing to do! Angela has a creative mind and the desire to bring happiness to those around her; she decided to take the leap!
Lauren is a graduate of Appalachian State University with a degree in Elementary Education. She has an extensive background in art and marketing. We are very excited to welcome her as part of our soaping family, as we know that great things follow her wherever she goes!
Lauren is also the mother of three of my four amazing grandchildren. She really is a super mom extraordinaire.
Oh and let us not forget she has deemed herself as “Employee of the Month”! It’s an ongoing joke here at Crescent Moon Soaps ... so if you ever catch the rare glimpse of EOTM, congratulate her! 😆
Taylor was our first winner in the “Catch a Golden Whiff” contest! She won by guessing the what the smell of the Golden Snitch was - correct answer is: The Chocolate Frog!

The majority of our soaps are one-of-a-kind batches. There are a certain number of soaps that we will continue on a regular basis; however, most will not be replicated again. If you see a product that you want, it is best to order it straight away. Don't see what you're looking for? Ask! We do special orders!
Can a store be more than just a place to buy homemade soaps? Absolutely! Our staff is always on hand to ask questions about what products are best for your bath needs or even a special project/event that you have in mind. Artisan soaps are good for any occasions.
